District Three Governmental Cooperative solicits proposals for a variety of goods and services on an annual, or as need basis. We are especially interested in proposals from disadvantaged Business Enterprises, including minority and women-owned businesses.

Requests for Proposal (RFP) notices are published on this web site and in local newspapers and may also be mailed directly to vendors who request to be placed on the bidders list for a particular product or service. Public Notice - Two Way Radio Voice & Data Network
District Three Governmental Cooperative is seeking proposals for the installation of a two-way radio voice and data network. Interested parties must contact Mac DeBusk at (276) 783-8157 or by email at mdebusk@smyth.net for a copy of the request for proposals. Proposals will be released on January 12, 2012. Proposers should plan to attend the pre-proposal conference on January 25, 2012. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00pm on March 7, 2012. District Three reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
 All vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. District Three is seeking opportunities to contract with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, including minority-owned and/or women-owned businesses. District Three is an equal opportunity employer.
