District Three Governmental Cooperative solicits proposals for a variety of goods and services on an annual, or as need basis. We are especially interested in proposals from disadvantaged Business Enterprises, including minority and women-owned businesses.

Requests for Proposal (RFP) notices are published on this web site and in local newspapers and may also be mailed directly to vendors who request to be placed on the bidders list for a particular product or service.
